Storing address in byte line

Starting from the LSB 3 bits from Byte address and the next 5 bits for the cache line and the remaining 8 bits for Tag.

Memory address 0001 0001 0001 1011 belongs to 00011, that is 3rd slot.

Memory address 1100 0011 0011 0100 belongs to 00110, that is 6th slot.

Memory address 1101 0000 0001 1101 belongs to 00011, that is 3rd slot.

Memory address 1010 1010 1010 1010 belongs to 10101, that is 21st slot.
