An arbitrator is a private judge chosen by parties to a dispute who is vested with the power to decide and resolve a dispute.

Types of arbitration varies based on the nationality of the people involved. 

But it broadly can be classified into two;

  • Ad hoc Arbitration 
  • Institutional Arbitration
