UX: UX simply means user design. This may refer to every aspect of the design the developer puts together to contribute to the overall meaningful experience the user gets when interacting with the software. Some aspects of UX design include usability and function.

Usability: Usability refers to the degree of ease with which a user interacts with a specific software (interface). This is a useful component of UX design, if a user finds it difficult to use a feature on the system, or the overall system usability is rigid this will contribute to an overall poor user experience when using such a software.
